Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns/Refund Policy for Online Purchases

Please contact our friendly customer service either by email, or phone during business hours, to get a Return Authorization number before returning your product.

Returns are to be shipped back at customer’s expense to our store.  The customer will also be responsible for the initial shipping fee incurred by Vacmaster.

If no Return Authorization number accompanies the product, it will be refused.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Returns are to be shipped back unused, in original packaging with all accessories and information/warranty booklets, accompanied by your invoice.

When the product is received and inspected by Vacmaster, a refund will be given on the same credit card that was used for the original purchase minus the initial shipping fee.

Defective Items

Vacmaster uses Purolator to ship our product and have had very good success with their shipping services.  If any product we ship arrives damaged or missing any parts, please contact us immediately, and preferably provide pictures of damage, so we can inform the shipper.

Cancellation of Online Order

Please contact Vacmaster immediately by phone to advise that you want to cancel your order.  Do not email.  If your order hasn’t left our premises, you will receive a full refund.  Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped off the Vacmaster premises, it is impossible to stop.   We will honor the cancellation if the product has not been opened.  We suggest that you refuse the delivery when you receive it at your door so it will be returned back to us.  The cost incurred from the shipping as well as the return, remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
